These Terms form a binding agreement between you and HoCloud. By downloading, accessing, or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

1) Acceptance

By using HoCloud, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) or have the authority to bind a legal entity to these Terms.

3) License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the HoCloud software on your personal devices. The software is licensed, not sold. Free trials may be offered and can be modified or discontinued at any time.

4) Prohibited Use

• Violating laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights.
• Sending spam, malware, or attempting hacking or abuse of our service.
• Interfering with or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
• Any action that harms HoCloud, our infrastructure, or other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

5) Subscriptions & Billing

• Auto-renewal: Paid plans renew automatically until canceled in your App Store/Google Play account settings.
• Pricing: Prices may change; platforms provide notice as required.
• Refunds: Managed by Apple/Google according to their policies, unless local law requires otherwise.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoCloud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8) Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not log traffic contents, and we do not sell or use personal data for advertising.

9) Data Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

10) Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
